Shelbyville Ram Rumble

On Sunday February 17th, the Mt. Zion Kid’s Club took 34 kids down to Shelbyville, Illinois for their annual wrestling tournament. With a good showing from all of the wrestlers the Mt. Zion Kid’s Club ended up with an overall record for the tournament of 60-45. The results from the tournament are the following:

5-6 year olds: John Bowling – 1st place, Kooper Loehr – 1st place, Andre Wike – 1st place, Egan Bender – 2nd place, Reese Edwards – 2nd place, Brody Norman – 3rd place, Caden Owens – 4th place;

7-8 year olds: Braden Highley – 1st place, Jeric Longfellow – 1st place, Bowen Bender – 2nd place, Nate Bowling – 2nd place, Grant Edwards – 2nd place,  Kameron Evans – 2nd place, Gus Wheeler – 2nd place, Logan Petro – 3rd place, Gabriel Sphar – 3rd place, Brylen Watrous – 3rd place, Austin Cannon – 4th place, Andrew Pierson – 4th place, Cade McLeod – 5th place;

9-10 year olds: Jacob Morgan – 1st place, Zack Stroud – 1st place, Matthew Wike – 2nd place, Robert Bennett – 3rd place, Cole Geisler – 3rd place, Cody Riley – 4th place, Connor Sphar – 4th place, Mikalan Evans – 6th place;

11-12 year olds: PJ Riley – 1st place, Cody Cannon – 6th place, Colten LeCrone – 6th place;

13-14 year olds: Mason Clark – 2nd place, Nick Stroud – 2nd place.
