Mt. Zion Finishes 8th at Pontiac

The Mt. Zion High School wrestlers finished 8th out of 18 teams at the Pontiac Wrestling Invitational.  Individually, Bo Schlosser placed 1st at 130 lbs, Carlos Maldonado placed 2nd at 135 lbs, Jonathan Salas placed 3rd at 119 lbs, and Brandon Watson placed 3rd at 152lbs.  This is an improvement from the 2006 Pontiac finish for the Braves when they finished 9th out of 16 teams.  

Mt. Zion is back in action next Saturday at the Springfield High Tournament.
